Terms of Service

Welcome to BingeTracker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use BingeTracker.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

2. Acceptable use

When using BingeTracker, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable laws or infringe anyone's rights.
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or send unsolicited messages to other users.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' accounts.
• Use the Service to redistribute TMDB content in violation of TMDB's terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• BingeTracker offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers with additional features.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Prices, features, and limits may change. We'll give reasonable notice before changes affect your active subscription.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly say otherwise.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Settings page.
• When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.
• If you delete your account, your data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account.

5. Content and data

Show information, posters, and metadata come from The Movie Database (TMDB). We don't own that content, and it's provided "as is." You're responsible for the lists, notes, and other content you add to your account.

6. Service availability

We work to keep BingeTracker running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate service. Show statuses, return dates, and notifications depend on third-party data that may be incomplete or delayed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BingeTracker and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $50 — whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
